Fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgery and medical retina management, backed by decades of clinical research and DRCR.net participation.

Diabetic Retinopathy

Comprehensive evaluation and treatment of diabetic eye disease, including laser photocoagulation and anti-VEGF injections. Dr. Ganti served as a DRCR.net Principal Investigator for Protocols A, AB, and W.

Anti-VEGF Intravitreal Injections

Avastin, Eylea, Lucentis, Vabysmo, and Biosimilar anti-VEGF agents for treatment of wet macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, and retinal vein occlusions. Administered in a sterile, HIPAA-compliant clinical setting. Insertion of SUSVIMO for extended anti-VEGF treatment to reduce injection burden during long-term treatment.

Macular Degeneration

Diagnosis and ongoing management of age-related macular degeneration (AMD), including monitoring with SD-OCT imaging and advanced highly specific Heidelberg OCTA imaging treatment for neovascular AMD.

Flashes & Floaters Evaluation

Comprehensive evaluation of new or sudden-onset flashes of light and floaters, which may indicate retinal tears, holes, or detachment. Prompt diagnosis is critical — early treatment can prevent permanent vision loss.

Geographic Atrophy — Evaluation & Vision Preservation

Comprehensive evaluation and management of Geographic Atrophy (GA), an advanced form of dry AMD. Dr. Ganti offers intravitreal injection treatment with Syfovre and Izervay, with ongoing monitoring using Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) and Fundus Autofluorescence (FAF) imaging to track progression and preserve remaining vision.

CMV Retinitis, Uveitis & Endophthalmitis

Dr. Ganti was among the first investigators to treat AIDS-related CMV retinitis with direct intravitreal pharmaceutical agents. Management of Endophthalmitis (tap and inject), infectious and inflammatory retinal conditions.

Ocular Surface Disease & Dry Eye Disease

Comprehensive evaluation and management of ocular surface disease and Dry Eye Disease (DED), including meibomian gland dysfunction, aqueous deficiency, and evaporative dry eye. Treatment plans are tailored to severity and underlying cause to relieve symptoms and protect the ocular surface.

Penetrating Keratoplasty (Corneal Transplant)

Surgical corneal transplantation for bullous keratopathy, corneal scarring, and advanced corneal disease. Published research on post-keratoplasty outcomes.

Post-Keratoplasty Astigmatism

Management of astigmatism following corneal transplant surgery using relaxing incisions and gas-permeable contact lens fitting.

Epikeratophakia & Refractive Cornea

Experience with epikeratophakia and PRK/LASIK comparative analysis for moderate to high myopia. Published specular microscopy studies of corneal epithelial regeneration.
